Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Your account is created automatically as soon as you book a package or a single lesson. You’ll receive a confirmation email and can then log in to My Account.
Click My Account / Log in in the menu, enter your email and password, and you’ll see your bookings, packages, and invoices. Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” to set a new one.
Make sure you’re logged in with the same email you used to book. In My Account, open My Lesson Packages. If no package appears, it’s either not active yet on this account or the booking was made with another email. Contact us and we’ll link it for you.
In My Account you manage your profile (name, email, phone, address) and find your orders/invoices for admin or reimbursement.
Use your credits in three steps:
  1. Log in and go to My Account.
  2. Open My Lesson Packages and click Plan or Calendar on your package.
  3. Select lesson type, pick a date & time, then confirm.
You’ll get an instant email confirmation and your credits are deducted automatically. Your balance stays up to date in your account.
Go to Book Now, choose private, duo or group, select a date/time and confirm. You’ll receive all details by email immediately.
Yes, up to 24 hours before the start time via your account (you’ll see reschedule/cancel on the booking). Within 24 hours the lesson counts as taken.
A (program) lesson is 90 minutes: about 30 minutes music theory + 60 minutes DJ practice. Single private/duo lessons are usually 75–90 minutes as shown in the offer.
Absolutely. You can plan ahead as long as you have credits. Check upcoming appointments under My Account → My Bookings.
At the top of this page under Our Lessons & Pricing you’ll find the full price table per level and lesson type.
Pay securely online (e.g. iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card). You’ll receive an instant confirmation by email and in your account.
Yes, in 2 or 3 installments by arrangement. Ask for the options during sign-up or message us.
All prices are inclusive of 21% VAT for everyone, regardless of country of residence.
30% youth discount for ages 16–18 on full DJ programs. We sometimes run promotions; ask us for current offers.
Yes. Your invoice is available in My Account with your order and is also emailed to you.
In Tower Studio Amsterdam Zuidoost (Hakfort), a short walk from Bullewijk/Bijlmer Arena metro. Online lessons are available too.
Dutch or English.
The studio has everything (incl. Pioneer RX3). You may bring your own controller. For online lessons you’ll need your own controller and laptop.
We offer private, duo, and small group lessons (max 3) for maximum personal attention.
Yes! For absolute beginners or anyone seriously considering a full program/package the trial is free. Already experienced or only want single lessons? Book a private, duo, or group session directly.
After finishing a program you receive a certificate. The diploma is awarded after completing the advanced program.
No worries. You can book extra lessons or a re-exam. You can still progress to the next level afterwards.
Absolutely — keep booking lessons for coaching, deepening, or new techniques.
Yes, you can upgrade, add extra lessons, or switch between studio and online (subject to availability).
Yes, our online DJ lessons (Zoom) are available worldwide. Book and pay easily via our website.
Yes. The booking system supports international payments (e.g. credit card). After booking you’ll get instant confirmation and everything appears in your account.
